My Story

Charm K. Mosley is a licensed School Psychologist, dynamic keynote speaker, and the visionary founder of Superpsyched Support, a premier clinic based in Merrillville, Indiana. Her clinic specializes in providing comprehensive services, including Occupational, Physical, Speech, and Therapy, designed to support the developmental and educational needs of children and families. Additionally, Superpsyched Support partners with school districts across Indiana and Illinois, supplying skilled professionals such as School Psychologists, Social Workers, Special Education Teachers, Directors, Case Managers, and related service providers.
Charm is deeply committed to fostering collaborative relationships within school communities. She offers professional development and guided support to schools, focusing on key areas like mental health, RTI/MTSS frameworks, cultural competency, technology integration, school culture, climate enhancement, and classroom management strategies.
Before launching her clinic, Charm served as Director of Special Education at a Hammond, Indiana charter school. Her leadership earned her the 2017 Mayor’s Commission on Disabilities Individual Adult Award. Staff members nominated her for initiatives that included establishing reading and math intervention programs, implementing response-to-intervention practices, developing special education policy manuals, and leading impactful professional development sessions for staff and parents in collaboration with community social service agencies.
Beyond her professional achievements, Charm is a dedicated wife of over 15 years and the proud mother of two accomplished children, Cameron and Carmen, who excel as competitive swimmers and violinists with the Lyrical Strings Orchestra. She is a leader in her community, serving as President of the Gary/Northwest Indiana Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and as a member of the Gary Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Previously, she held the role of Vice President at Northwest Indiana Lighthouse Charter Schools.
A Chicago native raised in St. Louis, Charm graduated from Bloom High School after returning to the Chicago south suburbs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Governors State University, as well as advanced degrees in Psychology, Special Education, and Building Level Administration (Principal Licensure) from Calumet College of St. Joseph and Purdue University.
